NATHANIEL AYERS PLAYS VIOLIN AT 2009 NAMI CONVENTION
I have yet to see "The Soloist" but I did have the chance to hear Nathaniel's music. Check out this video of Nathaniel and the 2009 NAMI Convention. Music is his therapy!

    and thank you for posting this video. I got it in an email from NAMI, and it's really neat to be able to see the real Nathaniel Ayers play, as I did see the Soloist and was very interested in his story.

    I'm so glad you have kept up this blog as long as you have and that you continue to advocate, both for your brother, and for all of us other people with Schizophrenia. I am grateful to you for that, and the fact that you are helping to educate the public and end the stigma that enshrouds mental illness, especially serious mental illnesses that involve psychosis.
